Report of the Service Director People and Places

 

Decision:

On 22 February 2018 the Service Director People and Places submitted a report seeking the Resources Portfolio Holder’s approval for a change to the fees and charges in relation to vehicle compliance testing for taxi licensing.

 

Decision taken

 

The Resources Portfolio Holder agreed that the proposed fees and charges as detailed in section 5 of the report for 2018/19 be approved replacing the existing ‘additional taxi test fee’.

Report of the Services Director Health and Wellbeing

Decision:

On 22 February 2018 the Service Director Health and Wellbeing submitted a report to raise awareness of the Pan Lancashire Hate Crime strategy detailed in Appendix A of the report.

 

Decision taken

 

The Neighbourhood Services and Community Safety Portfolio Holder noted the report for the Pan Lancashire Hate Crime Strategy.
