PDF 1 MB Decision: The Service Director Performance and Innovation submitted a report requesting that the land outlined in red on the plan attached to the report be declared as surplus to the council’s operational requirements and seeking approval to dispose of the freehold title of the land area required for the new electricity substation. Decision The portfolio holder approved the declaration of the land as surplus and the freehold disposal of the new substation site and transfer of the land to Electricity North West Ltd.
