1.	Adoption of Wyre Borough Council Local Validation Checklist PDF 1 MB Report of Corporate Director Communities. Decision: The Corporate Director Communities submitted a report seeking the Planning Policy and Economic Development Portfolio Holder to approve the adoption and publication of the Local Validation Checklist. Decision The Planning Policy and Economic Development Portfolio Holder agreed: · To adopt the Wyre Local Validation Checklist to come into force and be published after the call-in period has expired. · That delegated authority is given to the Head of Planning and Regeneration in consultation with the Planning Policy and Economic Development Portfolio Holder to approve and publish any updates to the Wyre Local Validation Checklist to make minor amendments to address technical or drafting issues or to take account of changing legislative requirements and guidance.
2.	Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Renewal View the reasons why item 2. is restricted Report of Corporate Director Resources. Decision: The Resources Portfolio Holder submitted a report asking the Resources Portfolio Holder to agree the adoption of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Renewal. Note – the report is exempt by virtue of paragraph 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A as it is Information relating to any action taken or to be taken in connection with the prevention, investigation or prosecution of crime. Such information has therefore been excluded from this decision notice. Decisions The Resources Portfolio Holder agreed the recommendations as outlined in the report.
