Decision: The Head of Engineering Services submitted a report requesting approval of changes to the Parking Places Order to regulate the use of all paid for and free car parks managed by Wyre Council. Decision The Neighbourhood Services and Community Safety Portfolio Holder agreed that · the Wyre Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) and (consolidation) Order 2012 be revoked and · the Wyre Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2020 as shown in Appendix One of the report be approved.
