The Corporate Director Communities submitted a report to confirm the fees and charges for the Market House Studios for 2020/21, which include an introductory fee of 50 pence per square foot for non-commercial artists and 85 pence for commercial artists to be reviewed in January 2021 as set out at Appendix 1 of the report.
