· approved the Statement of Community Involvement for public consultation. · authorised the Head of Planning Services to make amendments and corrections to the Statement of Community Involvement as a result of the public consultation for consideration by the Planning and Economic Development Portfolio Holder. · agreed that the Planning and Economic Development Portfolio Holder determine the decision regarding adoption of the Statement of Community Involvement. · delegated powers to the Head of Planning Services to make minor editorial amendments and corrections if necessary to any adopted Statement of Community Involvement to reflect amendments to planning legislation and changing circumstances within the planning system. |
