· delegated authority to the Head of Environmental Health and Community Safety, to exercise all functions under sections 1 to 10 of the Business and Planning Act 2020. · approved the policy. · approved the fee of £100 (all fees are exempt from VAT) for a new Wyre pavement licence and £80 for a renewal. · agreed the standard licence duration of four months. |
