Roofing Works to the Civic Centre, Poulton-le-Fylde PDF 95 KB Report of the Service Director Performance and Innovation Decision: The Service Director Performance and Innovation submitted a report seeking approval for roofing works to the Civic Centre, Poulton-le-Fylde and for the scheme to be included in the council’s 2019/20 Capital Programme. Decision The portfolio holder gave approval for the roofing works to areas of flat roofs of the Civic Centre and for the scheme, costing £100,000 (including contingencies), to be added to the council’s 2019/20 Capital Programme, subject to assessment of appropriation to install solar panels.

Roofing Works to Copse Road Depot Vehicle Maintenance Unit, Fleetwood PDF 96 KB Report of the Service Director Performance and Innovation Decision: The Service Director Performance and Innovation submitted a report seeking approval for roofing works to Copse Road Depot Vehicle Maintenance Unit (VMU), Fleetwood and for the scheme to be included in the council’s 2019/20 Capital Programme. Decision The portfolio holder gave approval for roofing works to the area of the flat roof at the VMU at Copse Road Depot and agreed that the scheme be added to the council’s 2019/20 Capital Programme.
