The Service Director People and Places submitted a report seeking approval to extend the pilot agreement with the specialist enforcement provider for a further 6 month period.

Decision

The portfolio holder approved the extension to the environmental enforcement trial with District Enforcement for a further term of six months under the exemptions to Contract Procedures contained within the Financial Regulations and Financial Procedure Rules on the grounds that the services constitute an extension or variation of an existing contract.
