Decision: The Chief Executive submitted a report to consider a request for the discharge of an Agreement dated 8 July 1988 made under section 52 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 and section 33 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 relating to land at Bloomfield Garage, Cockerham Road, Bay Horse, Forton. Decision taken The portfolio holder authorised the Senior Solicitor to obtain the discharge of the Agreement by way of negotiation and completion of an appropriate deed of discharge with the relevant parties.
