Report of Service Director Performance and Innovation Decision: The Service Director Performance and Innovation submitted a report seeking approval to carry out roofing works to flat roofs over the Fleetwood Leisure Centre building and for the scheme to be included in the Council’s 2018/19 Capital Programme. Decision taken The portfolio holder gave approval to carry out the necessary roofing works to the flat roofs at Fleetwood Leisure Centre and agreed that the £157,318 cost of the works would be added to the Council’s 2018/19 Capital Programme.
