Report of the Corporate Director Communities.

Decision:

The Corporate Director Communities submitted a report seeking approval for the upgrade of the current telephony system and to introduce 60 software-based phones to enable officers to use them when working from home.

 

Decision

 

The Resources Portfolio Holder agreed to the upgrade of the existing Mitel telephony system and procurement of 60 ‘soft-phones’ under the exemptions to the contract procedure rules that ‘the goods, works or services constitute an extension or variation of an existing contract’.
