Minutes:

The head of business support submitted a report presenting seven of the council’s existing human resources policies that had been reviewed and updated. 

 

Members asked a number of pertinent questions about the changes to the policies to which the head of business support responded prior to the endorsement of the committee.

 

Resolved that the following revised human resources policies be approved

 

  1. Probationary Policy
  2. Flexitime Policy
  3. Flexible Working Policy
  4. Leave and Work Life Balance Policy
  5. Pay and TOIL Policy
  6. Employer Discretions Policy
  7. Redundancy and Selection Policy
