Grant Funding for Citizens Advice Lancashire PDF 108 KB Report of the Leader of the Council and Corporate Director Communities. Minutes: The Leader of the Council and Corporate Director Communities asked Cabinet to consider a one year extension to the current agreement with Citizens Advice Lancashire (CAL) for the provision of welfare advice services in the Borough until 31 May 2021.

Members agreed a one year extension to the current service level agreement with CAL ceasing 31 May 2021. |

Minutes: The Resources Portfolio Holder and Corporate Director Resources (and S151 Officer) asked Cabinet to agree the latest Capital Budget 2019/20 and the Capital Programme for the financial year 2020/21 onwards.

· the latest Capital Budget for 2019/20 and the Capital Programme for 2020/21 onwards, subject to the confirmation of disabled facilities grant at the levels assumed.
· that the financial implications of the Capital Budget and future Capital Programme, following the third quarter review (April to end December 2019), be reflected in the draft Revenue Estimates which will be considered by Cabinet at their meeting on 12 February 2020 and be subject to approval by Council at the meeting on 5 March 2020. |
