Report of the Corporate Director Communities.

Decision:

The Corporate Director Communities submitted a report outlining the government funded Holiday Activity and Food Programme and seeking permission for the work to be co-ordinated by the council and outlining the approach that the council would be adopting.

 

Decision

 

The Leisure, Health and Community Engagement Portfolio Holder agreed that

 

·       the 2021/22 Holiday Activity and Food Programme be coordinated by the council and that the council enter into Service Level Agreements with third parties to deliver the programme for Wyre.

 

·       the council introduce a £15 charge (inclusive of VAT where eligible) for children who did not qualify for a free place to attend the holiday and activities programme. This option would be dependent on places being available.
