Report of the Corporate Director Communities.

The Corporate Director Communities submitted a report to confirm associate membership fees and community space fees and charges for the Market House Studios for 2021/22.

Decision

The portfolio holder agreed to introduce a £5 per month/£60 yearly subscription membership fee for studio and associate artists to rent out community studios on a short-term basis for classes and projects at a discounted non-commercial rate and to approve the proposed fees and charges for short-term studio and gallery rentals as set out at Appendix 1 of the report.
