Decision:

The Service Director Performance and Innovation requested approval of the use of retained business rates growth from the Hillhouse Technology Enterprise Zone (EZ) to contribute towards the purchase of an Economic Impact Toolkit, joint funded by Fylde and Blackpool Councils.

The portfolio holder agreed that retained business rates growth from the EZ be used to contribute towards the purchase of an Economic Impact Toolkit.
