The Director of Communities submitted a report to consider the findings of the Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) 2024 and to outline the next steps following the findings of the HNA.

Decisions

The Planning Policy and Economic Development Portfolio Holder agreed:

·       That the attached HNA 2024 (Appendix 1) is endorsed and published as soon as is practical.

·       That the HNA 2024 is endorsed as evidence to inform the review of the Wyre Local Plan.

·       That the HNA will be a material planning consideration in the determination of planning applications.

·       That the HNA is endorsed and used to inform council policy and actions on relevant matters.
